"Still hoping I can trust you" Several months ago the service department told me I had a tire that could not be fixed, that I would need 2 new tires for my Rogue ($400). I took my car to another service center and my tire was quickly fixed for $20. I have been a customer since purchasing my Rogue in 2013. This time I took my car in for an oil change and was told my battery failed the test and I should get a new battery which I did. How can I be sure I really needed one. "Amazing Service" I called in the morning to drop my car off in the afternoon around 2:30 P.M. Not only did service identify the problem, they replaced both rear rotors and brake pads before they closed and even washed the car! Amazing service, especially with such short notice! "Used car purchase " The only problem I had with your company is the Hard Sell that I was given in regards to buying extra warranties for the vehicle I was purchasing. He didn't seem happy that I said no and I wasn't happy that I had to say no three or four times.
