"Still hoping I can trust you" Several months ago the service department told me I had a tire that could not be fixed, that I would need 2 new tires for my Rogue ($400). I took my car to another service center and my tire was quickly fixed for $20. I have been a customer since purchasing my Rogue in 2013. This time I took my car in for an oil change and was told my battery failed the test and I should get a new battery which I did. How can I be sure I really needed one.
