"Good, effcient service and value" Made an appointment for 10,000 mile service and to look at a problem with the display. Vehicle was taken in immediately. The service was performed quickly. When the vehicle was ready the service person explained the work done and that they could not find any problems. I asked him to show me the display and he demonstrated how the display was functional, but that some applications did not use the full screen.

"Good service" I had an issue with my 2016 Nissan Leaf. I drove the car to Ken Ganley Nissan service and drove it right into their open service center bay. I was greeted almost immediately and explained my trouble. The technician took the time to understand my issue. (It turned out to simply be a bad 12v battery.). While they had my car, they took care of a recall, tested and installed the new 12v battery, checked the vehicles systems, inflated my tires to proper pressure, and washed my car. "Helpful!" My 2014 Pathfinder needed transmission repair. Tigh, Vincent and Alyssa (Larissa?) were very helpful in providing me with information to contact Nissan headquarters for help with payment as the extended warranty was over. The repairs were completed in a shorter amount of time than expected. I was very appreciative for the use of a loaner car when mine was being worked on. I am truly grateful of the team effort from everyone!

"Great service!" I service my 2014 Altima here all the time. Over the past year or so, the service department has added a few new people and this is my second or third time getting service done, since folks have changed. I'm getting to know Vince and he is great! He seems to know and can answer all of my questions. I do feel he tries to sell me extra work, but overall he is fine.
