"They stand by their word!" Very positive interactions with the entire dealership, from the email and text exchanges with the salesperson to the discussions with managers and finance department. "Oil change" I love how upfront they are when discussing what needs to be done with your car. I only wish that they would have granted me the sale price of windshield wipers when they knew ahead of time I wanted those changed
