"Stepped up to the plate and made it right. " Some times they get a little too busy service seems disorientated. I’ve been a customer for 10 years. they overall treat more then just a customer. The last visit was a hiccup in communication but the service manager stepped up and made it right. I appreciate the fact that care enough about me as a client and a customer. If something is wrong and they go out of there way to own up or correct it. You have my respect.
