My only concern with the new sump pump that was put in today is that it is creating a hole in the pavement just outside the door next to the front steps.

As usual, Brian, Nick, and Bill did an amazing job! They really took their time to make sure my air conditioners were properly installed, and worked perfectly before they left. It’s also worth noting that they were on time, friendly, and always respectful of my property. I’ve said it before, one of the best reasons for renting from Kenmore Development is the maintenance crew!

I've enjoyed living at Delaware Park Apartments for 5+ years and am excited to upgrade to a two-bedroom unit. Molly, our property manager, has always been truly a pleasure to work, she is very personable and very responsive with all of my mails. Any maintenance issues are always addressed quickly. These are just a few reasons why I continue to call this community my home.
