Went yesterday evening to Kia of Lynchburg to purchase our new Kia Soul. We live about 2 hours away, but it was well worth the drive. Everyone we worked with was so helpful and kind. I always have a great experience when I do my service with Berglund Kia. This most recent visit tops my list. I sent my daughter over to have her car state inspected and the service manager Christy Herald and Certified Technician Mike Schwartz went above and beyond to take care of her. Mike even pointed out items of concern that were not included in the state inspection but should be performed for maintenance. Except ffor the four tirez i had to buy! DRY ROT OF a Michelin tire ..that hurt my purse snd feelings! But better experience, i could not have had! Confortable chairs and area was appreciated and was of car was needed and appreciated!
