Kia is absolutely wonderful have had my new 2016 Optima for about a month. I have no complaints. When I first went to Kia in December i had my doubts I have been turned away by many other dealers but I walked in and Wendy was the first person I met. Nick is an awesome salesman not pushy at all and goes through everything like a salesman should.
Had a great experience with Autumn. She took her time with us and didn't try to push us into buying something we didn't want. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to operate everything on the vehicle and while we were waiting to complete our paperwork, she made us feel right "at home".If you want a good salesperson, Autumn is the one you want. Also, it took a little longer than expected to finish everything but it was worth it.
