So, just a few minutes ago while my husband was checking over some things (because we spend a lot of time on the road) he decided to take a peek at the air filter. The service department here is pitiful. They won’t even call you back nor be able to answer any of your questions or explain the process. I had a factory recall done here over three weeks ago. I have visited the dealership called the service manager and service advisors no one is able to get me proof that the recall was completed. Think twice about bringing your car here for service. Poor service!

worst customer service ever. The salesman promised me a second key for a used 2017 RAV4. paid right at 19000. Nothing but run around. Won't even return calls. BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
