Customers BEWARE!!!! I wish negative stars were a thing. The worst, and I mean, THE WORST customer service I've experienced possibly ever. My car was towed to Kia of Lynchburg to have a test run on the engine (it's blown, and an admitted Kia Corporate recall issue) so living near Lynchburg I figured I would have my recently blown motor be taken there for a third and now KIA opinion. Wish I could leave 0 stars. My husband and I brought in our Kia Sorrento (which was purchased new less than 10 years ago) and we were told not once, twice, or three times but FOUR times that it was “something else” after Kia of Lynchburg took a look at it. First, they blamed it on something small and said it would fix the problem, so we opted to have the smaller issue fixed and also put brand new tires on it. Kia has the absolute worst communication skills. You call, and you can’t leave messages bc their voicemail box is full bc they never answer the phone. So you email the service manager and she never reassures you about receiving the emails, what they’re doing, or apparently thoroughly reads them. I can’t wait to get rid of my kia just so that I never have to deal with this dealership again. Also, to the general manger, do NOT contact me to remove my review again. Just accept that your location is awful.

Absolutely,positively,do not in any way recommend this Kia! Or any Kia anymore!!!!!! Spending good money elsewhere and will resolve the issue that’s currently happening now in our favor!!!!

If you have a Kia, GET RID OF IT. They have had my vehicle since the beginning of May and are just now telling me that my engine issues are NOT covered under the extended warranty. Which is completely different than the information they gave me in the beginning of May, otherwise I would have had it elsewhere. They also told me that regardless, I had a mechanical warranty on the vehicle that I purchased when I bought it. Now, somehow, that’s not true either. I would give this dealership less than one star if possible.. My wife and I spent 3-1/2 hours at this dealership this morning test driving the new Niro EV. We asked how much cash we would have to pay for this car and the manager came in and said that they could not sell me this car because their dealership is not certified to sell electric cars. Took my wife by yesterday to look at a new vehicle. When the salesman asked if we need help I said “yes, could you unlock the door so my wife could just look inside and see if this is something she would like” his response “before I can unlock anything you have to come inside and sit down with me, answer a few questions first” I said “I only want her to look inside first to see if she wants to look at it further” his response “those are the rules and I follow the rules” So we gladly got in our vehicle and left!! They need to work on their customer service skills. Better management would help alot also, especially in the finance department. The so called manager that spoke to me had no personality and his people skills sucked.
