Can not recommend this dealership enough!!! Wasn't looking for a vehicle but staff was so friendly and willing to work to make a deal happen. Cody and LJ were great from a salesman standpoint to get started and navigate the process. Terrance as the sales manager went above and beyond even the general manager Mason was very involved and friendly. Lastly the finance manager Jeff was quick, informative and on the spot with any questions

I just purchased a new 2023 Kia Sportage from Kia of Lynchburg and the Sales guy Wallace was awesome along with every one else there that helped out. From when I got there around 4 P.M. I was out the door at 7 P.M. driving it off the lot, I told them no rush I would come back the next day to pick it up but everybody from Wallace to the people in the service department worked their butts off to get it ready for me on Friday and I've been to a few other car dealerships before I come here and the service I got wasn't even clos... read more
