They need to work on their customer service skills. Better management would help alot also, especially in the finance department. The so called manager that spoke to me had no personality and his people skills sucked.

The saleswoman talked her into taking it home after a long day of paperwork. The minute she brought it by for me to see, I noticed the front grill was cracked. After going through the car we noticed it had not been detailed, or even vacuumed. Having worked in dealerships for many yrs I knew the detailing was included in the cost. Terrible service from the sales department. They hate it if you know what your talking about and are educated. They had a supposed sale going on that would give 4000 dollars above blue book trade in and did everything they could to steer me away and make me go to a used vehicle.
