I would give this dealership less than one star if possible.. My wife and I spent 3-1/2 hours at this dealership this morning test driving the new Niro EV. We asked how much cash we would have to pay for this car and the manager came in and said that they could not sell me this car because their dealership is not certified to sell electric cars. Took my wife by yesterday to look at a new vehicle. When the salesman asked if we need help I said “yes, could you unlock the door so my wife could just look inside and see if this is something she would like” his response “before I can unlock anything you have to come inside and sit down with me, answer a few questions first” I said “I only want her to look inside first to see if she wants to look at it further” his response “those are the rules and I follow the rules” So we gladly got in our vehicle and left!! They need to work on their customer service skills. Better management would help alot also, especially in the finance department. The so called manager that spoke to me had no personality and his people skills sucked.

The saleswoman talked her into taking it home after a long day of paperwork. The minute she brought it by for me to see, I noticed the front grill was cracked. Terrible service from the sales department. They hate it if you know what your talking about and are educated. They had a supposed sale going on that would give 4000 dollars above blue book trade in and did everything they could to steer me away and make me go to a used vehicle.
