Kilowatt was recommended to me from a friend and I saw their reviews here. So, I thought I was all set. I was wrong. The owner started to make it seem like he could send out a technician in the morning, but then refused to work on my ac because the unit is just over a year old. He also said he wouldn't work on it because I'm in an apartment. Wait! When I left my message in the first place, before he called back, I told them that it was an apartment! Angela, I'm sorry I disappointed you. We don't work in apartments but we do provide HVAC services to condos. Sometimes people refer to condos as apartments. I should have asked immediately before wasting your time on the phone.
