Kilowatt came to the house to do an AC and heating check up and they were professional and timely and offered insight that was useful. I did not feel that the technician was looking for ways to sell me anything. I'd use them again.

We had a great experience with the whole Kilowatt team, who installed a new heat pump and condenser for us. Dean and Valerie provided excellent service, providing estimates, answering questions, and scheduling the installation. They were always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dean and his crew, Joe, Jose, Hector and Armando installed a 4 ton HVAC system, with all new duct work at my house in Sherman Oaks. I'm so thrilled and pleased with their work I will absolutely recommend them to any and all who ask. Dean is honest and up front about everything. His guys are fast and professional, and they respect the area they are working in. I have a rental property and they will be installing a unit there in a few months. Don't hesitate, use this team. They are awesome!

You never know how much you need AC until yours doesn't work!!! Thanks Dean and the Kilowatt team Hector, Joe and Ernie. They came in and were so professional and clean I literally had to do No clean up. They installed my new variable speed with Accuclean air filtration American Standard air conditioner and My family and fur babies are Loving life again! Eevee loved Joe so much she helped with clean up! Thanks guys!

OMG, I can't believe how responsive Dean was in coming out so quickly to diagnose my AC problem. I called after hours and got the answering service who took down my information. Not more than 5 minutes later, Dean called me and came by the house! He is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and offer a plan of action. I'm duly impressed!

Last week they replaced our upstairs and downstairs Air conditioning and heating systems They exceeded all expectations.
