My heat would not turn on last week on a 6 year old system. I called and immediately got an appointment for the next day. However the technician said he needed the electrician to come fix the problem. Another appointment and of course another and higher fee. Well the electrician came out and refused to get the heat going because the compressor was blown. Just got off the phone with a gal here while I was trying to get an estimate. She is telling me that she cant give me any estimates because she doesn't know what everything costs (but then later she gave me numbers??). Later in the conversation she tells me that my 3 mini splits will cost me 5k - 10k per unit. That's 15k-30k for wall units with no steps on the first floor. I left several messages during Covid and they never returned my call. You would think a good former customer should get a call back. Didn't happen.
Unreliable. I got a quote for a panel upgrade and 2 mini split systems. When the time came to do the work a month later, "oh we aren't doing panels right now". This pushed my entire remodel back while I have to go find a new contractor, costing me thousands in lost rent.

I saw this company to and from work near my neighborhood. I support local businesses and would prefer local than a bigger business. I called this company to provide an estimate on some potential duct work because I wasn't sure how long it has been since the ducts have been cleaned or evaluated for service, cleanliness, and/or mold. Sometimes people request a FREE estimate, when what they really need is a service call. Service calls require a highly trained service technician with many tools and replacement parts to diagnose and fix problems. We have to charge for that. **UPDATE TO MY REVIEW** There's no misunderstanding. I'm wasn't looking for you to remodel anything. It's just installing an inline exhaust fan, which I was told you do, but you'll only do it in the winter when you have less work.

I strongly recommend picking another company! The owner and folks in the office can be unprofessional and rude at times. I have given this company several chances to reconcile concerns mentioned to management. However, the owner is quite comfortable with his abrasive approach.
