Kilowatt addressed our concerns. There was a bit of phone tag initially. When they explained what they did, and what was needed, it was clear. The office staff were very professional and readily responded to questions. Most importantly, they did NOT upcharge us, and did what was needed and what they promised.

Team Kilowatt just replaced our heating, air conditioning, furnace and added some electrical. I give them five stars! They were quick to assess and give us an estimate. Dean, the owner gave us options and walked us through the process. Kilowatt had everything ready to install when scheduled and the entire job was finished in the timeframe that was quoted. Thank you Bob, Hector, Joe and crew for your impeccable and detailed finish work and the superb customer service!

I received service from Francis at Kilowatt for the LADWP AC Optimization Program. Francis was on time and did a fantastic job. This company really prides itself in great customer service. I would highly recommend their services based on my experience with them this morning.

Kilowatt took care of my AC optimization project this week and installed a new Nest thermostat. Francis was a great technician and Dean was wonderful in providing me with information and estimates for possibly upgrading to a newer energy efficient unit. I'd be happy to work with Kilowatt again.

I called Kilowatt Heating and Air to install 2 nest thermostats in my house. They sent Frances and Eddie who were very professional. They checked over my whole system, gave me great recommendations and were very friendly and easy to work with. The left me house nice a clean after their work. I recommend Kilowatt for all your heating and AC needs.

Because I did not take the time in making this major (HVAC) buying decision which I had promised myself I would(!), I was too focused on shopping for a lower price (cheaper is oftentimes not less expensive!) and I ended up being too vulnerable to the sales pitch delivered by the salesman I signed up with. Had I actually really taken the proper amount of time to consider ALL aspects (there is a lot to consider) involved in this decision, I feel that I would have gone with Kilowatt. We have had many heating companies come thru and try to fix our unit, but Kilowatt was by far the most knowledge and professional company we have worked with. They have our business for life!
