Always the best!
I had a great appointment at first, my dentist and tech was wonderful. When I went to check out I had the worst experience ever at any dentist appointment i have ever been to. Her name was Nicole, with long blonde hair. She was very rude to me. She offered me your insurance plan that you all offer to ones with no insurance. I wanted to get it but she was so rude and I felt very unease so I just paid my balance and asked her if I could make my next appointment and she stated I could not make it unless I paid my balance in ful... read more
I felt like I was part of an assembly line today. Usually when I come for my cleaning I have one hygienist the entire visit and she is very warm, friendly and personable. Today I started with someone polishing and flossing then another person cleaning. Both were nice but personable. The hygienist said very little. Overall just an ok experience compared to the excellent past visits.
Not too good
After several days of suffering from a toothache I knew I couldn't go another night of staying awake in pain. I made an appointment and got one the same day. Which I felt lucky only to be told I would have to suffer all week without anything for pain or being able to get my tooth pulled. Just a script for antibiotic. Upon arriving, Lauren greeted me with a warm smile while being professional and knowledgeable. Greta was "great"....I appreciated her direct and helpful advice. Dr. Rice? not so much.....the only way I know it was Dr. Rice was when Greta greeted someone who leaned over me from the back...I did not see his entire face, nor did he greet me in any fashion whatsoever.....in light of the fact that my bill could be in the $14,000 range, you would have thought he'd have been a little more friendly. Guess not.
I was very unsatisfied with today's visit. I needed a root canal on the 2nd tooth that you have crowned for me in the last 3 years. You had no time today so sent me to another dentist. I was then asked to review how much you will charge me when I return for my restored post and core in this crown. You also had entered the wrong date showing that I had already paid in full for the Klement Dental plan in April. Very bad day!
If I could rate a 0 I would. I went in for a retainer to realign my teeth. Everyone kept telling me what great teeth I had, but they said no retainer and suggested I get veneers or crowns. That makes your business seema little money hungry, I'm not trying to look like I live in Hollywood. Way to not listen to what your customer wants
I am reviewing my cleaning appointment from March 2015 with Heather. After the girl put me in the dentist chair & looked at my teeth, I was kept waiting in the dentist chair for over 30 minutes without anyone coming in. After that time, I got up and went to the front desk to see if I should reschedule. The lady said she would help out and it took another 5-10 minutes before Heather showed up.
