Great! I absolutely will be back, the elevator notwithstanding! They need to fix the elevator; I was here two years ago and the problems are the same. Plus, I asked for a tub, and that request which had been confirmed had to be fixed. Then the tub I got was the size of a postage stamp, so that didn't work as well as I'd hoped. The staff was exemplary.
Wonderful Room was a smaller than I thought. Breakfast was very simple, like why do you have an waffle machine but not something to toast the bread (maybe some cultural differences) The location is great, near Central Park and bus/metro stops. Staff was great and grateful that they have a mini “bar” at the entrance with drinks and snacks, saved a lot of time and a bit of money :)

Wonderful
Decent price for EXCELLENT location. Mattress was great. It’s old but they are actively doing upgrades and renos. Some rooms better than others. There is no daily housekeeping which isn’t a big deal but if you are staying longer than 3 days you’ll need to request more towels etc. We stayed a week and our garbages were a definitely FULL! Location! Could not be better. Right next to the park and amazing sights and restaurants in walking distance.
