Pleasant La mauvaise organisation de l'établissement. Un seul ascenseur ( petit) pour 14 étages . Les femmes de ménages ( aimables) travaillent dans des conditions difficiles ( étroitesse des couloirs , ascenseur à partager avec la clientèle ). Au petit déjeuner certains produits ont manqué pendant plusieurs jours. Le service au client laisse à désirer. Le quartier
Boa experiência e atendimento dentro da necessidade. Café um pouco repetitivo e se não for logo ao abrir, vários itens não tem reposição (Frutas / Iorgurte / Coquies) Quarto (como era para 3 pessoas), um pouco apertado. Boa localização. Atendimento e receptividade das equipes.
My stay was comfortable and the location of the hotel is close to all modes of transportation. The breakfast could offer mor variety. The elevator is way too small. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful, the room is clean and well set up, breakfast begins AT 7:00, and check out is extremely easy.

Hotel correcto para dormir y desayunar. No estaba del todo limpio, no te hacen la habitación y el desayuno es bastante escaso. Eché de menos opciones algo más saludables. La ubicación es excepcional. Puedes llegar a entenderte con el personal en español y son muy amables.
Meglio delle aspettative La struttura è da rimodernare, o per lo meno da dare una ripulita generale, in particolare finestre, moquette e sicuramente i bagni. Da risolvere anche la questione relativa all'ascensore, che essendo soltanto uno per 14 piani, spesso rimaneva bloccato più volte al giorno per l'utilizzo sia degli ospiti che degli addetti alla pulizia.
