As most reviews state the rooms and bathrooms are very small, but that’s to be expected in NYC. Overall had a good stay It took about 5-7 minutes for the hot water to come once the shower was turned on, and the in room phone wasn’t working! Excellent location, just minutes walking distance from Central Park.

Lage ist perfekt Teppich im Flur sollte dringend erneuert werden Lage ist top, direkt am Central Park und 2 U-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe . Frühstück ist ok, Pancake sehr lecker
Pleasant However this time around housekeeping service was not the best. In our 7 day stay we only got service once, which was the 1st day. We have repeatedly asked, more than once, almost everyday. Front desk tried their best to make sure we got service but for some reason they wouldn’t come to the room, not even provided towels and toilet paper unless we physical went up to the front desk.
