Excellent location, friendly staff, so-so facilities The room was very cold in January! The heater didn't work well, or was not working at all. The staff brought up an extra blanket, which helped, but were unable to fix the heater. Also, the water in the bathroom came out brown a few times and the bathtub didn't drain very well. Prijs - kwaliteit was dit een uitstekend adresje voor in New York! De lift: een liftje voor het hele gebouw! Het was soms even wachten! Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en hulpvaardig! Er waren een aantal dingen die beter konden aangegeven worden: bv. het gebruik van de kranen en het verwarmingstoestel. Maar alle comfort was aanwezig.

Good Parking no facilities ( pool restaurant chairs in rooms) but I don’t stay on New York very often so maybe that’s a New York thing, lastly you don’t offer a military discount
