On the whole, our stay was pleasant, the staff forthcoming, and we could enjoy New York. Our room was very cold, and it got colder as the night wore on, which hampered our sleep. I looked for extra blankets but there were none. And there did not seem to be a way to generate more heat (or it did not work). Suggestion: supply extra blankets and ensure that the rooms are warm enough. Great location. Loved the proximity to Central Park and the wonderful museums. Relatively quiet area. Great central location to enjoy and explore NYC without breaking the bank! surprised how small the rooms were….but the price and location was worth it! perfect affordable location just minutes from Central Park hotels trains etc
