Location is its raison d'etre The room was like a dorm room. You couldn't adjust the temperature so we just left the door to the drafty bathroom open if too hot or slept with a coat on top of the bed if too cold. The elevator required the patience of Job. Location, location, location. There are few hotels on the upper West Side and this hotel has the full advantage of location: easy subway access, Central Park, Lincoln Center, great restaurants. And not a bad breakfast
Does what is says on the tin! Would happily stay again. Key card stopped working but wasn’t an issue to change it! Location was excellent, bed was so comfy and the breakfast was perfect!

Buena ubicacion, un poco alto el precio para la habitacion El cuarto era sumamente pequeño, no cabia casi nada, estando alla vi que habia habitaciones mas grandes, pero la que nos toco fue sumamente pequeño, tambien la limpieza dio mucho que desear, no se hacia limpieza todos los dias en la habitacion, no fue algo que me afectara pero si es un punto a considerar, tambien tuvimos un incidente con un roedor en la habitacion, lo bueno es que nos resolvieron inmediatamente.
