Average Room & washroom size was extremely dismal as it was difficult to sit on washroom's commode. breakfast was up to the mark. staff is highly professional. Location is awesome.

Very Good The one elevator is too small for the hotel staff and residents to use. Cleanliness and organization of room Friendly and welcoming front desk staff

It is a 2 star resort in a good location right near the park. Bed is great. Worth it to save some cash. Staff at front desk were rude. Breakfast was dry bread and old bagels (coffee and juice)and spreads only for most of our stay - takeaway to the room. Staff would not discuss why other than “safety reasons” We also had a mouse in our room - he stole my airpod and hid it on the other side of the room behind the heater!! Beds were really comfortable. We had a king room and had pretty good space for New York.

Ubicación inmejorable pero falta servicio Que la llave de la puerta no servía constantemente y tenías que bajar a recepción todo el tiempo para poder usarla La cercanía al transporte público y al central park

Ubicación ideal, hotel regular bastante mejorable. Habitación grande pero antigua, muebles muy desgastados, paredes con grietas. A pesar de eso, l cama cómoda, pero entra muchísima luz. Baño muy pequeño, pedimos que nos hicieran la habitación una vez durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches (si no lo pides, no la limpian) y aún así no repusieron gel (por lo que casi no tuvimos gel suficiente desde el inicio de la estancia).
