Perfect location and perfect rooms for a couple of day in the city To me was perfect for the stay. Nothing I didn’t like. Small rooms but perfect for a couple. Has everything you need. This was a very rough winter and the room was very warm and cozy. Location is just perfect, next to Central Park. And close to subway stations. Parking outside was not that hard. Breakfast was ok.
Very nice place, great location, but the management and oversight needs improvement. The heater/AC unit did not work properly. It did not keep the room warm enough. A light came on the control panel indicating that there was a problem with it. I reported it to the front desk 3 times and nothing was ever done about it. The bathroom was warmer than the room because the heating pipes ran through there, so we kept the bathroom door open and that helped.
