gross Very dirty and low quality. The smallest tv with no channels. Just an icky place to stay. outdoor nasty pool was closed and no hot tub. Next time I’ll stay next door at the holiday express. location

Our pool is closed due to an inspection we are waiting for and I can understand the frustration of the pool being closed. Had we known you weren't satisfied with your TV we would've been more then happy to switch you rooms.
Felt very old, beds uncomfortable, location was very good for me, Will not stay again.

While we did complete a renovation a few years back, we have been replacing the mattresses in our rooms as part of a rolling upgrade and I regret that you must have been in a room we had not gotten to yet. just okay when we entered our room and was going to use the toilet, the toilet still had a toilet paper in it and had pee stain on the under the lid. that only meant that the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Yikes! The front desk staff was super helpful.
