Overpriced and under delivered Old facilities with an attempt at a face-lift. Elevator was dirty. The king room had no tissues, there was a small couch but since the TV didn't swivel you couldn't see the tv from the couch. Mattress needs to be replaced. The staff was very nice however it was clear that they had to cover multiple jobs. For example the morning desk person was also in charge of breakfast. Poor Rooms were dirty, out of the 4 staff memebers I met only one of them has good customer service. Had lots of issues with the key cards had to have them redone each day. The breakfast was good and it had a nice pool.

I've to cancel my booking by mail, but they never even reply back But e-mail response Location was ok
Disappointing, made a mistake selecting this property, will not stay again Inedible breakfast, unusable wifi. Unpleasant old stuffy smell in room and entire property. Not worth the money spent. Decent staff, good beds.
would not stay there again…they didn’t have our reservation…and the room was dirty and smelled like weed! room was very dirty…smelled like marijuanna…when my daughter turned on the TV, a porno was playing
disappointing as hell Wi-Fi doesn’t get connected and when I asked the front desk person she replied very rudely saying their are lot of guests and they can’t provide Wi-Fi . air conditioner doesn’t work well. I wanted to stay for a night but had to vacate the property with my kid before midnight and book another hotel. Absolute DISAPPOINTMENT at this property.
