Disappointing The bathrooms where to small the doors to the rooms have a gap in the bottom and you can hear everything. In the pictures it showed a better variety of breakfast in person they didn't have much. The beds where bad you can feel all the springs. The outside and the lobby looked great

drug addicts and prostitutes not family friendly treated like a criminal. manager and owner not available and other staff can not assist. promises not kept close to freeway

Bad list is so long. drugs, prostitution, counting towels in and out for your room like we’re We are a thief. hardly anyone in the front desk area mostly staff sits in the dining area. so if you call up to the front desk it’s hit or miss if you can get someone. General manager very nice but has very poor follow-through close to freeway

Sufficient but disappointing. When I went to take a shower, I noticed that my feet & lower legs were covered with little jumping bugs. I got in the shower & washed them off, but there were more when I got out - they seemed centralized on the tiled floor. My husband & I got ready as quickly as we could & got out of the room (skipped breakfast, as we were a bit wound up). We informed the front desk, but nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Good location, nice front desk/reception area.

My stay was not very good. Thankfully I was not there a lot. Had to switch rooms because of a screaming kid. Seemed that they put everyone right next to each other. Walls were thin. Could hear the people next door talking. Sheriffs office woke us up looking for someone else. Room was missing furniture. Walls were patched poorly. Stains covering carpet. Don't stay here at all The fridge was loudly ringing, the TV was so blurry on all but like 2 channels, couldn't watch the Sunday night football game, there was a napkin over the smoke detector when we arrived and when we called about these issues the staff just said unplug the fridge and they said that they would send someone for the napkin but didn't. The staff was rude when called about issues with the room.

Deceptive pricing and making money on my money with "deposit". At checkin I was informed that I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $100 as a "security deposit". Despite claiming it was a Temporary hold, the funds were actually taken from my account and although I was told the deposit would be released upon checkout, it is now midnight and the $100 has not been returned.
