Don't even look at this hotel Poor quality service, hotel room very dirty, the floor has never seen a hoover before. Arrived in the evening and the towels were dirty, not stained but with dirt attached (thank God I brought mine), bathroom walls full of any type of hair ancient dry dirt liking. The bath was full of hair. Very questionable the fact that booking.com still keeps this hotel on their website. Poor Two days I did not have an electronic key for my room. I just received room service one day of the 7 days I stayed in the only day I received room service they broke my door electronic key. Every time I wanted to enter my room I had to go to the lobby, they gave me a new card it didn' work, had to go back and then they would come up with a physical key to open the room. Very dirty and disgusting smell of this hotel. Very dirty and disgusting smell of this hotel. They provide us the room downstairs and didn’t have window like the pictures the post. The hotel very dirty and the location is not safe. Strongly discourages don’t book this room. We don’t like anything this hotel. We cannot stay at this hotel so just leave after check in.
Bad All the information and pics in the booking app is not the same The room is dirty, no any security system in the hotel, no coffee machine, breakfast is included but they told us there is no breakfast, the parking side and the back door of the hotel is full of rats this is very discustting I went to LA Quinta hotel in Orlando it was way different to this one, iam shocked!!!
