Don't even look at this hotel Poor quality service, hotel room very dirty, the floor has never seen a hoover before. Arrived in the evening and the towels were dirty, not stained but with dirt attached (thank God I brought mine), bathroom walls full of any type of hair ancient dry dirt liking. Poor Two days I did not have an electronic key for my room. I just received room service one day of the 7 days I stayed in the only day I received room service they broke my door electronic key. Every time I wanted to enter my room I had to go to the lobby, they gave me a new card it didn' work, had to go back and then they would come up with a physical key to open the room. Bad All the information and pics in the booking app is not the same The room is dirty, no any security system in the hotel, no coffee machine, breakfast is included but they told us there is no breakfast, the parking side and the back door of the hotel is full of rats this is very discustting I went to LA Quinta hotel in Orlando it was way different to this one, iam shocked!!!
