Great price and location but the lack of cleanliness doesn't make it worth it. I knew what to not expect when I booked a budget hotel. I'm not picky at all and almost always stay in budget places when I travel. That being said, my room was dirty beyond any "budget hotel" excuse. Specifically, the room was clearly not vacuumed at all before I came and there was food crumbs, containers, and dust everywhere. The minimum isn't hard and it wasn't accomplished. Bad the room were very dirty including stain carpet, stain ceiling, basin blocked up on arrival, dirty towel in the room. the room were advertised two queen but instead there were two full bed.

Ratas, mugre y suciedad. El mal olor a cigarrillo en el cuarto. Todo olía a cigarrillo. estaba todo muy sucio, el baño los pisos de toda la habitación. El parqueadero es muy pequeño y hay demasiadas ratas. Hay basura tirada por todas partes. Terrible la suciedad de todo el edificio. Es lamentable llegar con tus hijos a un lugar en estas condiciones. la ubicación excelente. fue lo único bueno

Disappointed in la Quinta brand The location for this is quite poor. Next to a train while good is noisy and rats running around the parking lot in the back. At that moment was the cheapest I could find.

old furniture . not great refrigerator. no work toilet flush, uncomforted bed fine property n/a

Bad The pictures online are false advertising. They sofa beds are broke. Ice machine on the floor was broke had to keep going downstairs to the lobby. Was no breakfast no gym those was the main to two reason why I booked this hotel for the gym and breakfast. Just horrible experience. Close to a lot of stores walking distance. But nothing else really

beware dirty!!! the parking area was infested with huge rats. we parked at another location. the tv remote did not work. the toilet was stained on the inside and outside. the room smelled like sweat. There was no soap, towels were dirty.
