never again. I believe they share hotel and been a shelter. very very Dirty. from the reception to the rooms. nothing

needed a central spot for a few days and there had a decent price no coffee no water, not clean actually got sick being in n there. they should do better. location

Improvements need to be done. Everything in the room is very old. The carpets were very stuffed and dirty. In the parking there were a lot of rats. Perfect location, in 28 minutes you are in Times Square. Nice staff. Clean sheets.

Bad My room was dirty, only a flat sheets on the bed, the AC was blocking the only window, didn't fine staff. I was harassed while checking out, informed staff and nothing was done

Horrible experience It was a horrible stay! No breakfast, no cups anywhere for water, no coffee anywhere in the hotel, our toilet flush handle was broke..had to take the lid off the tank and pull the lever to flush..told the person at the desk and he said he would come look..he never did, had to park in back of the building and walk to the front to get in the building, upon checking out the front desk person was sleeping we had to wake him up, had an iron board but no iron, Did not like anything about this hotel
