Bad Dirt all over the room, rats all over, I could hardly sleep every night. I was told my room.can not he cleaned daily , the toilet chamber ever clogging, the tub ever dirty... the worst is the air-conditioner that sounds like a bus, so much noise you can't even fall asleep. The linen is so old, dirty n beds so uncomfortable. I'm highly disappointed and the prices are just put up sadly without any notice . My stay in New York was totally spoiled

Disappointing Room was not so clean. Common areas not clean. Wifi not working, Hair dryer not working. No room housekeeping even if asked. No coffee machine even if specified in the amenities. There is an elevator but it has to be reached through steps... Metro station is very close even if it is not accessibile with a stroller. People at the desk were available

Customer service is terrible,the guy seems nice person but he could give me different room TV wasn't working and WIFI wasn't available able , there was no phone to talk to the person at the desk ,so I had to go to the lobby about three times addressing those two issues after he promised me the first time that he was coming up to my room to fix the problem , so when I insisted the third time then he came to my room but no luck so I said please give me different room he said I am sorry, the owner doesn't allow him to do that i... read more

Bad Ok photos on Booking.com are not updated, rooms are no close to the picture, dirty rooms dirty bet with hair, pillows are dirty nasty, sticky room and hotel from the lobby you smell like Marijuana, I guess is Ok for the owner to people smoke. The hallway to the rooms Marijuana smell. Rooms are streamly durty...bathrooms I have to go to CVS buy lysol so I can get the smell out and clean products so I can stay at the hotel...ask for pillows cases and blanket and towers and the guy said they don’t have more..Towels are yell... read more

while its still cold out dont get a room on the first floor The room was very cold the heater was up in the window .. don't they know heat rises so the room never got to a comfortable temperature and the entrance to the room key wouldn't work had to get the attendant to open the door for me twice
