I want stay again at that hotel The bed mattress was hard i couldn’t sleep at all and the big lamp didn’t work, door knob go to the bathroom was hanging with no screws in it and the smell from another room coming in to our vent smells like weed. It’s around restaurants

Bad When we arrive, I tryed to drink water from the water dispenser but red signal filter was there and I told to the staff that please, change the filter; and after 4 days, nobody replace it so I needed to buy water. Also all the floor was wet when you put the air conditioner at 75ºC and the staff told as that it must be at maximum of this 70ºC for this room... Not very good. We didn’t care for the staff member as she wasn’t very customer oriented. The room smelled awful. The accommodations were very sparse. The worst part was not being told until check-in time about a 100.00 deposit by credit/debit card on top of the room charge. Not very much

Disappointing TV did not work, the phone did not work, and there were not many options for breakfast. After we checked in, we had to go get the person at the front desk because the phone didn't work . She tried to fix the TV, which was very complicated , it would turn on, but there was no sound and no movement on the remote.. she looked it up on Google. Bad It was moldy. Carpets filthy. Nothing about this place was nice. It was like a motel for prostitution.
