Disappointing the hotel is dog friendly, but I wish they would ask or separate the guest with dogs to a different floor due to the constant barking!!! I also asked to be on the top floor but upon arrival I was placed on the 1st floor. I experienced a dog barking all night and the guest that was above our room, stomped for atleast 2 hrs. No sleep at all. The mattress was stained bad, as well as the sheets. We seen several alive and dead roaches!! The location!!

It was nice but could have been better experience. That I got a suite and there was only towels for 2 people when I put there would be adults and children staying in the room. When I went to ask for more towels I had to bring those 2 sets of towels down and only was given 2 sets back when I asked for 4 sets. Then my deposit I only received $80 back be my daughter friend had previously colored her hair and when she took a shower ther color leaked on the towel. Needs a lot of work Pull up to half if proper t lights on outside. Only one ceiling light. No where to gang clothes and bathrooms looks like it was under construction Nothing at all

Worst experience ever My room smelled like cigarettes when I very first got there it needed to be dusted an it needed to be mopped the air conditioner didn't work the breakfast was only eggs toast waffles cereal juice an coffee no meat. The room was dirty they said they would do there best to accommodate me when I arrived that was a lie they didn't they said I could pay now an come back later nobody stays at the front desk.
