could be cleaner a little worn out around the edges. staff were polite and friendly, good sized comfortable room at a very good price.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and will definitely be back! The young lady that checked me in on Monday night early Tuesday morning I believe her name was Jasmine came across as somewhat nonfriendly and rude. At first I thought well probably just tied as it is late at night but the second interaction was the same and me thought was, " either she is just out of training or she really does not like her job." 🤔 People don't always realize what impression they leave on someone and how that impacts on a business. Ok aber nicht nochmal 3 Tage und keine Reinigung. Kein Wechsel der Handtücher. Keine Fernbedienung. Sehr abgewohnt. Sie war gut gelegen zwischen Dallas und Fort Worth. Parkplatz gratis. Sauber.

Satisfying First night was rough since the AC unit did not work, management solved the problem for the night and the next day they had a new room available for us, which is beyond amazing. My whole family enjoyed our stay here including our 2 kittens, the hotel staff was amazing and friendly and the location was clean, kids had an amazing time in the pool which is open 8am-10pm which for them was amazing on its own , we all had so much fun and there were a lot of places to eat all around the hotel
