Convenient, clean, and cost effective Staff worked hard but needed support to deal with a few issues on phone as guests arrived. He was very apologetic however and the stay was good! Good choice for airport shuttle. We returned a car the evening before early flight.

Good We had guest next door that were absolutely awful. They were so loud, cussing and screaming at each other and we couldn't sleep. The staff was phenomenal, the room was clean, the pool was nice and the breakfast was good.

Comfortable accommodation conveniently located near DFW airport The phone in our room didn’t work (we tried to call the front desk to get more towels, but needed to go down to them to ask instead). The tv in our room didn’t work and the maintenance person didn’t successfully fix it (to their defense, the person mentioned that they were new TVs and that they’d just gotten a staff training on how to troubleshoot the device the day prior). It was ok The indoor swimming pool water look dirty and hot tub wasn’t working either and breakfast they didn’t have waffles because they didn’t have waffle mix anymore since breakfast started so nobody took time to know that they were out of mix and didn’t prepare properly sucked for everyone breakfast was not really breakfast The area around so many places to eat shop

Would stay again Elevator was not functioning, We were on the 4th floor, not a problem being an able bodied person but an inconvenience when returning with two hands full of breakfast items. Good price compared to other nearby hotels. Comfortable and straightforward for a place to stay a few nights.
