Room - bed sheets were stained, bed felt like it had an indent so it was probably broken, lights flickering, and one light didn’t have a bulb. Bathroom - one of the towel was stained and shower wall had hair Staff never came to clean even though we had the sign in the door to.

I didn't eat breakfast in the Ramada. There was too much ice in the parking lot, especially for us older persons.
