The Staff made a huge difference, starting with Robert, Tiffany and Vanessa ( front desk) and the housekeeping workers, everyone was very helpful and attentive.
Elevator out. Stayed 3 nights
The pool was not open but I doubt I’d use it given how dirty the hotel was. The breakfast was bread and butter. No coffee in the breakfast room or lobby. Had I not been checked in by Robert, this would be a one star review. He was polite and considerate.
The hotel is very basic and could use some renovations to the guest rooms. There were stsins on all the furniture and curtains. I sprayed everything with lysol before getting relaxing. Online, there was a picture of a hot tub but when we entered the pool area there was no hot tub. The pool area needs to be swept because there were balls of hair just laying around on the floor. The poolside chairs were sticky for some reason
The breakfast was good and the hibachi restaurant was great. The room was what you pay for, very basic. You have to shut the door in order to sit on the toilet, the bed was ok. The hallways weren't super clean. The
The staff is nice but this hotel is extremly Ghetto for the area it is in. Its needs a major remodel and more cleaning. My room was quite and it worked out but if I had to do it again I woukd reconsider
