We had a very bad experience while checking and once we check in or air condition wasn’t working properly so I called the front desk and they said it will see what we can do. I’ll come and check but nobody came into check for me. It’s not worth it to pay $240 for the property.

This place was juste dirty !!! What about to arrive in your room and to find a lot of hair in the bathroom? The personnal cleaneer has no sweeper when they do the room. The hallway is all dirty !!! We ask 4 times for a service who never comes. I reserve for 5 persons but there was no (little) bed for my third kid. My 3 kids sleep on a double bed because of this. This was my worse hotel i have ever sleep in my life ! Don't go there, never ! (sorry for my english because i speak french). Also the photos is completly misleading... read more

Not satisfied with the customer service at all, no extra towels in room, when I called main desk/ room service no one answered, I called multiple times no answer at all. We are 4 people, you need to understand what we need such as towels etc. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay, will not be visiting again.
