The Netflix isn’t working. I tried calling downstairs after just coming in my room and the guy did not pick up the phone. After extending our stay we let them know at the front desk that the Netflix isn’t working the lady respond was she is going to look into it and no one came to fix the tv. The bathroom you have to set the hot water on cold water for it to become hot and set it for hot so it can be cold.
My room smelled so bad.
I think I have never seen such a dirty and disgraceful place in my life as a business with an understanding of quality and service since 40,000 years ago when the world first recognized civilization.

There was too much of a smell.
No one came to the room to pick up trash had to ask for towels about 5 time before I got them breakfast was a mess the lady was watching use like we was going to run away with the food when it was not good at all

Please ensure that your staff are well trained, courteous and actually do some work. Too many bags of dirty linen/garbage in hallways; Couldn’t get food nor drinks to buy before 11:30 PM!!! Unheard of.

Strong moldly musty smell, carpet was damp, couldn't even open the window to let fresh air in - it was permanently sealed shut. Room 154. Toughed it out because we were only staying one night, but we wont be staying at LaQuinta again.
