This hotel was severely disappointing. Originally I was excited to go to this hotel due to the fact that I haven’t been on vacation in years but man,… this was a horrible experience. The pool was vomit green and was not secure at all my 10 year old kid got out and he’s very hyper and the toilet handle was lose which is very unprofessional and not presentable also the key card hardly without getting assistance from the front desk. This is a typical run down property. I won’t use a hotel where I have to hope for the best. From now on I’ll just use Hampton or Fairfield.
Had to wait for 20 minutes to check in because there was no one at the lobby. The place is old and needs a good remodeling
Dated, local and dirty
Building is too old, water is dirty, carpet is nasty
The parking lot, particularly the lighting, is absolutely horrible and needs a complete makeover. It’s looks and feels unsafe. Not a place for children whatsoever.
Too old, the rooms needs to be updated, nothing to say about this property that impressed me.
Online website said pool and hot tub which was the only reason i booked there. The fact that the site wasnt updated to show the hot tub taken out and pool out of service is mis leading and wrong. Will not ever be staying there again. Rooms are outdated and smell and beds are small.
