The rooms and halls haven’t been properly cleaned in a while.
The hotel wasn't clean. Had roaches in the room. The breakfast area wasn't manned to clean up after guests and replenish items.
I really wish I would get reimbursed a little bit because not only did the elevator get stuck it was impossible to go on it would jolt you and also it was super noisy , the door didn’t even work . Toilet was dirty it was a serious of just things that made the stay a bit unpleasant
The rooms are very dated, furniture falling apart, we had to deal with ants and had to call every day to address incomplete housekeeping services

The carpet in the room was filthy and smelly, had to walk with my flops on. The door latch was torn as if it was forced. The elevator was old and made some curious sounds. Breakfast wasn’t that appealing.
