Had to change rooms because the toilet wasn't working properly in the room. Accidentally left items in the first room and housekeeping sent it to the wrong room. Never got the items back. Although, the hotels policy is that they'll change towels daily, the dirty towels were removed but no replacements were given. We are return customers but the service was better in the past.

AC was so loud, dirt on the floor in room, hair in shower, strings in towels and tile missing in entrance and lobby.

The rooms smelled like heavy cleaning bleach products and my experience is not good at all.

convenient parking-clean room and bath-liked the tile floor-awful metallic sound on 1 side of the bed-free coffee in the lobby-did not replenish the 2 packs of in room coffee (et al) for the entire stay(what good is an in room coffee maker if there is no coffee to use it with)-towels were NOT replaced;as they were used they were removed but not replenished (had to shower at my sister's house)-bed had an unattractive bedspread/covering tucked in like a sheet would be,exposing underneath

They control the air conditioner in the rooms now and it as hot

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. The AC controls are located in each room. There is a wall thermostat located in the room. We do not have a way of controlling the AC remotely. I apologize if there was an issue with this during your stay with us.

O quarto está a sujo, com cheiro de cachorro , fui pedir para trocar de quarto e me deram novas roupas de cama para eu mesmo trocar !! A piscina na estava limpa , cheia de folhas, não voltaria com a minha família para esse hotel

Awoken around midnight fire alarm going off had to evacuate hotel. No one seemed to know what was going on eventually we were let back in with the smell of smoke all night long. Supposedly someone left clothes in the dryer in the middle of the night! 😡
