Some Faults Over all the motel was good. Howqeer check in and service at the desk was kpoor. Slow to check in and slow to obtain service. At times needed two receptionists Forgot to clean room one of the days stay.
OK for R&R The king bedroom is ok - it is just the standard. Linen not changed everyday due to conservation but if you wish it to be changed it will. Found the housekeeping staff friendly and hard working. The coldness of the front desk receptionist on my arrival turned me off was thinking of booking out before booking in.(seems like a color thing) The others were very helpful and friendly. Condition and Maintenance If there is a problem with your room such as a light bulb that needs to be replaced or broken ficture, don't count on getting it fixed. I filled out a maintenance form and never got a reply. Beds are also uncomfortable.
Internet facilities The internet facility is basically a junky web TV in every room. You have to pay $10 a day and the keyboard we got didn't work. They have no wireless capability and no high-speed modem either.
Price/quality great Excellent price/quality ratio, close to Fort Lauderdale Airport
Extremely nice hotel in a quiet, pleasant area Got in around 11pm and all they could provide was a smoking room even though I had requested non-smoking. The room was in great shape and very clean. We will stay again if we go back to that area.
Room was musty, ac had mold, def wouldn’t recommend
Hotel was very outdated and is in desperate need of repairs and renovation
