Se siente sucia, siempreeee el mismo desayuno no cambian ni un dia, el ascensor siempre estuvo dañado y para completar nos hicieron cargos a la tarjeta por cosas q nunca pedimos y cuando preguntamos la managers nos recibió de manera poca agradable. Gracias espero q puedan mejorar

Jeeze where to begin... 1st, check in was fine, nice and pleasant.. 2nd, its just easier to say motel 6 might have been a better choice... this place was dirty, unkempt, old broken stuff, not a "good area" and since ive lost my smell to covid, probably for the better id guess... the exterior of the windows are so covered in mold and moisture you cant see out of them...really wish i could attach photos, yuck!! Only positive is that theirs many restaurants close...

Elevator out of service frequently, had to walk up the fourth floor 2 out of my 5day stay with my bad knee. Stairs only located on one side of the building which I felt was unsafe. Pool & hot tub was not available for use. Needed to be cleaned. I will never recommend this facility.

The bathroom was not clean and had hair all over the walls and the floor looked like it was covered in grime. The hallways are not air conditioned and one side of the hotel’s elevators was broken.

My stay was poor the elevator kept breaking down so my family and I had to use the stairs. Going up those stairs was not easy because we had a lot of shopping bags. The room service was Definitely poor we spent 5 days at this hotel and they never changed our Pillowcase never change the Sheets on the bed.
The hotel needs to be updated, cleaned and dusted thoroughly. The smell of the carpets, need to be shampooed and cleaned. The rooms have a moldy smell and the cabinets need to be changed. There’s a lot of understaffing.
