Room was extremely musty and remained so all three nights. Floor was so dirty that our feet got filthy getting out of the shower and walking the room. The rest of the room seemed clean but had the musty smell. Breakfast was mediocre: very few options and nothing for quick on the go (like peanut butter or decent fruit.) They ran out of HOT WATER for morning tea before the end of breakfast and when I returned at 12:45pm they still hadn’t bothered to refill it: 3 hours. Only one tea option and no herbal teas. Hotel felt a little run down

La Quinta or Expedia cancelled our reservation but neither wants to be responsible. Then they corrected the error and gave us a room. Personal item (White Crocs 65dollarvalue) was removed from our room when we were out. We are completely sure we left the personal item inside the room and they say sometimes the cleaning takes things by error and put them in the washer. Only one was found, they dont tell me were it was found.
