Had a plane to catch nobody at the desk, note says be right back. Couldn't wait dropped my key and left. Should have a drop off box!
Very disorganized hôtel they gave our room twice to other people. Once at 3 am someone open the door they had check us out not even apologizing staff terrible experience. Then they called us at 1pm saying we have to moved out of the room had to send my wife in a cab so she could organize the moved again staff didn’t care. We still had 10 days to stay but we check out
First I will say, the staff was courteous and friendly so my rating is not about them. The room we were given (233) had a very damaged door frame, actually looked as if it had been broken into, due to this our bolt lock did not work. Small ants or something similar were around desk, windows were so filthy on outside we could not see out of them, 2 of the 3 mornings we did not hot water in our showers. The carpers were disgusting, rooms smelled
My bed had bed bugs and sheets did not look clean
The person in charge of the breakfast setup was positively vindictive in her take down. Literally telling people it was closed that had just barely arrived and blocking even children from getting anything. When she did finally relent it was with the air of queen handing out crumbs.
El hotel esta falta de mantenimiento
I showed up at 10 o’clock at night and was told that there were no rooms. Expedia never contacted me. The hotel never contacted me. It was a terrible experience. I booked this from a month ago.
Staff need customers service training.
