Cuando entramos a la habitación se sentía un olor a humedad terrible, mi esposo entró al baño y se percató en una de las tohallas para las manos un pelo grueso largo negro aproximadamente de unos 7 centímetros, para variar había una nota en el baño que decía no hay jabón líquido para el cuerpo pero habían dejado una barra de jabón y no había dicha barra y cuando mi hija se fue a bañar no había shampoo ni acondicionador llamé y le avisé y me dicen que yo tenía que ir por ellos ni se ofrecieron a subir los productos a la habit... read more

The room was old and dingy. Needs updating desperately. Bed uncomfortable. My wife noticed a hair not belonging to either of us in the bathroom. She was not happy. The only interaction we had with staff was at check in which was fine.

Room smelled, hotel in general had smell and was in disrepair- They made it difficult to try and switch rooms. Rooms did not get made up at all, which I dont mind, but being told ahead of time would have been useful. Will not stay at a La Quinta in Again

Bed is sagging, slept terrible. If you have fat guests, check the bed before you give it to one one else. Nothing worse than sleeping badly in a hotel… and the bed was never made in 4 days either

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The water pressure was very low, and the water never got warmer than barely tolerable. There was mold on the curtains, and the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The TV remote’s power button didn’t work and looked like it had been chewed on by a dog.
