Hot water is not hot enough for a good shower, the water is not hot enough for a shower and it is only lukewarm The floors are sticky and not mopped properly The Internet speed in the rooms is really slow

Several cockroaches were crawling around the microwave and refrigerator. However, the hotel quickly changed our room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast area is too small to let everybody have a table

After driving 12 hours I really wanted a hot shower. The water both days was warm not hot at all. The room smelled like boiled eggs. I did make the front desk award

Bathrooms had hairs all over the place. Hairs in the sheets and on several towels. I had to use a towel to ensure I didn’t get stuff in the bed. Not the cleanest place for sure. Wouldn’t recommend a stay to others.

Harassed by staff and management because they thought I didn’t pay for a second night. Showed them the confirmation email and they still didn’t back down. Crazy. They threatened to throw me off the property, all because they are too incompetent to know how to use their own software system. I ended up leaving, and 15 minutes later I received a “reservation cancellation” email, so I guess they finally found it. I hope they see this one day, and if they do, don’t forget you work at a La Quinta…

Bad Experience We checked in. The room was clean, but it wasn't welcoming. It was a cold ambiance. At midnight people tried to enter our room. The front desk had assigned another group to our room. After finding out it was occupied, the girl at the front desk came back insisting no one was supposed to be there.
