Not a bad overall experience. No vending machine on the floor that I was on, nor the one above despite signs indicating so. Only ice machines seen. Gym equipment was old and run down, some unusable. Gym room smelled very bad... old carpet musty smell. Smell hits you right away when you enter the room.

Convenient to interstate nd West Side business Easy to get to but disappointing facility. Worn and soiled common areas. Air Conditioning not working and no personnel available to repair due to evening hours. Staff indifferent.

Nice location, close to shopping and restaurants Overall we were happy with our stay, we were in the area for a 50th wedding anniversary party. The hotel was close to the venue.

Nice area. When I arrived at the Hotel they didn’t have a room for me. Also, I booked a king room and was given a double room. The room was a handicap room which the shower spryer did not work properly.
Nice hotel, close to shops A nice hotel, rooms like any other Quinta and a amazing staff! It’s located next to shops and places to eat! Good for shopping trips. Sawgrass Mills was 10 minutes trip in car.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for restaurants and shopping, yet tucked away from all the chaos. Rooms are large and clean. The carpet in my room could use a shampoo but other than that everything was fine.

Nice and warm We stayed for a few days and it was a nice experience. OK for the price. The hotel is located on a nice quite neighborhood; just what we needed to rest and relax.

Very good personnel Pros: Nice building Cons: Please CLEAN carpets Location: Very quiet area Power loss due to hurricane. Room was never cleaned during a few days, just picked up garbage and dropped toilet paper. However, this was during hurracane Irma. No Restaurant inside the building which makes staying more unpleasant.

Thank you for your feedback. It is not the "norm" for us to not service guest rooms. However in the event of a hurricane it is difficult to fully service guests room when there is no power, and also limited staff members on site. Many of our own employees suffered losses and were unable to return to work following the storm. We are back up and running and fully servicing guests rooms.
