The hotel as location is good but service like room service you have to make an appointment to get it done. If you want They charge my credit card for early check out Location

I won't book again 🤷‍ Some of the staff during the day were rude. Constantly calling me to tell me to stop LETTING my kids stomp and jump. They are 2yr&4yrs..... If you honestly think ANY parent is LETTING their child cause noise. You are seriously ridiculous. The first day, we got a call about complaints... The lady with a face tattoo said that "customers were complaining, as they checked in." Highly unlikely. The second day, we got a call. Friendly staff. Outdated hotel The pictures that were shown, I felt like they were outdated. Walking in all I smelt was cigarette smoke. We asked for a non smoking room but clearly the smell penetrated the room. We had to buy febreeze for the room to avoid the smell. We liked that it was close to the freeway. Easy access to the town

Third shift staff is so rude. Staff so rude. Horrible. It’s a pretty clean place.

Thanksgiving 2023 On the second day, my husband told me they only clean rooms every three days. Unacceptable! We were supposed to use our same towels with nowhere to hang them with bacteria. If there was a ventilation place to hang them...perhaps. We had to ask for clean towels daily. With the accumulated towels, it was a mess. The morning of our departure, someone (a guy) told my husband he can only give him two sets of towels. We traveled with a 12 year old. We needed three. Uncomfortable, did not feel like home away from home like other locations It was small it is super outdated compare to other locations the beds were Way to small bathroom is small it stunk and air conditioner were not up to par it did not get cold I had to go buy a fan out of my pocket just so it can be cooler Not much
