Fair Hallway floors were dirty with dried mud. There was a smell of weed every so often. The landscaping is in bad shape. Location is good! Staff is friendly! Bed and pillows are comfortable! Breakfast was good!

Bring cash, if the WiFi is down, which is most of the time, you will need it! WiFi was not working most of the time, and when it was working, it was incredibly slow. Not what you expect when you book a hotel with WiFi. There was a persistent musty smell. Affordable, decently accessible location

Need some improvement Was told elevator would be fixed next morning after arrival but was not fixed until the last day after we checked out. So had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs every day. Multiple times. Coffee pot was not cleaned from last guest and outside trash can( by stairs) was full all week. The noise from the interstate was so loud was hard to get to sleep. Did not offer any discount or future savings if decided to stay there again. Close to where we need to be and close proximity to Houston TX

I won't book again 🤷 Some of the staff during the day were rude. Constantly calling me to tell me to stop LETTING my kids stomp and jump. They are 2yr&4yrs..... Friendly staff. Outdated hotel The pictures that were shown, I felt like they were outdated. Walking in all I smelt was cigarette smoke. We asked for a non smoking room but clearly the smell penetrated the room. We had to buy febreeze for the room to avoid the smell. We liked that it was close to the freeway. Easy access to the town

Thanksgiving 2023 On the second day, my husband told me they only clean rooms every three days. Unacceptable! We were supposed to use our same towels with nowhere to hang them with bacteria. If there was a ventilation place to hang them...perhaps. We had to ask for clean towels daily. With the accumulated towels, it was a mess.
