As a person who has, since childhood, experienced four- and five- star hotels, this hotel rates two. Workout room was very poor. There are no weights and the 3 machines are dirty and rusty. In fact, one did not work. Breakfast was fine. It was the usual. The area was clean.

We have had a couple of area's that have needed work and unfortunately in the corporate world we live in, these things are not always taken care of on my timetable. I am sorry if you were inconvenienced. They are currently revamping our pool and getting it ready for the season. Next on the list is the fitness room. Bad experience during a family emergency. No cooked eggs in contental breakfest. Limited items very limited. It smelled of old smoke and walls looked dirty. Bedsheets smelled like BO

Pleasant Paid for queens for two rooms got full beds in both rooms 900.00 plus $ wast

This is not the first time I have had that comment. This location has never had queen beds, only full or king. I checked on the websites but was unable to find any indication of queen beds, all descriptions show full size beds. Unpleased with the way u do business They could have did a better job of explaining the policies and satisfying a customer at the same time creating the possibilty of gaining a lifetime customer however i doubt that i will ever book or do business with this establishment ever again i was very dissatisfied with the circumstances and failure to compensate i will do my business with the hilton in the future where customers who spend there money and drive there business are appreciated Nothing about the establishment
