the front desk person was awful and very rude everything dirty

Hope they hire people friendly staff They gave us attitude when we asked about the sheets and towels Not much, who puts breakfast in bags?

Disappointing How small the rooms were very small definitely could of been cheaper for how small the rooms are

Sheets were scratchy poor quality. Three small pillows for king size bed and old not comfortable. Quality of the bedding Clean

Disappointing El olor del cuarto, habia cucharachas muertas en la regadera y no hacian limpieza de la habitacion. Ubicacion

Never stay there never recommend la quinta Toilet broke after 1st time using it . Tv wouldn't show the shows .asked staff about tv they stated they couldn't anything about it . the refrigerator made all my food wet it was wet all inside refrigerator they did about that either The bed was nice

It was a miserable experience. No amenities, elevator didn’t work, no breakfast, no housekeeping, someone pulled fire alarm at 7:30 am on check out day

Hi Terry, We definitely had a bumpy weekend. We love it when everything is smooth and works perfectly. Wish everyday could be that way. The techs worked on our elevator feverishly and luckily got it up and running during your stay. Wyndham policy is not to enter occupied rooms for guest and team safety reasons. We do however have amenities and/or fresh linens as needed through the front desk. I am sorry that you experienced our "bumpy" time period.
