Fair They are not serving breakfast. There were no clean towels offered and the pool was closed. None of this was told prior to booking. And we had one pillow in our room that had a yellow stain and looked like mold spots. The location.

Fair Old man BO smell in halls and towels PLUS vehicles being broken into with smashed windows ONE NIGHT despite well lit parking area (but no security cameras??) Dark Roast Coffee and friendly staff

I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us overall. The decision was made that putting security in place was a better deterrent for thieves than a security camera. Overall it has been very effective but unfortunately nothing is fool proof which is why we post the signs to Take It, Lock It, Hide It. They won't break in if there is nothing to steal. Thank goodness this is a very rare event over that last couple of years since we have had security overnight.

Fair The rooms should not all be pet friendly. My child is allegigic to dogs.

I am so sorry if your child was uncomfortable during your stay. We strip and shampoo the room prior to new guests arriving after a pet leaves a room. Not worth a damn Everything Nothing

Poor They told me I couldn't come back because i had to much traffic an only people that came over was my nephew and his wife and my brother an his girlfriend I am really unhappy about it I would have came back but the drug dealers there can have traffic all the time but I had a few people come over I get told I cant stay there I think it's wrong that they do this to me

Pleasant The night shift front desk gave out keys for my room without my permission while we were not even in the property. Luckily it wasnt just any random stranger. I have worked the front desk for a high end resort before and I am disappointed by the lack of security in this property. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if it was that easy to enter any room you wish with just a name and room number.
