Wonderful
Very Good Stayed because they had laundry facilities unfortunately takes quarters and no change was available at front desk. Seems manager had not bothered to get change for a few days. Has a shuttle to airport

Great hotel N/A Great location for an overnight stay. The hotel is about a 10 minute ride away from the airport. Having a shuttle is convenient. The room is comfortable and seems to have been recently refurbished. The beds are comfortable and the garden area is well kept and pretty. They offer breakfast which we couldn't check out as we left early in the morning but there is a coffee station in the room as well as in the lobby. Overall a great place!
Shuttle pickup from airport took 55 mins Waited 55 minutes for shuttle pick up from Airport. I called 3 times and got the same standard response that it will be there in 10 mins. Need better comms between driver and front desk, plus the truth must be told, not generic answer. Location and price, comfortable bed.

I would rather know there is no shuttle and be prepared.overall the hotel was worth the price Pillows were not the best and the shuttle did not arrive at the airport. We waited one hour then took a taxi. Arrival time was 1:00 pm Good bed, good location close to the airport
Exceptional Shuttle driver could have been a little more friendly. But was not rude. No good morning, or have a nice trip. Didn't acknowledge us at all. Easy access to IAH
