Great access to IAH airport! Nothing to dislike! Great location! The hotel is just minutes from IAH airport—ideal for catching early flights. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Even with our brief interaction with the staff, the service and professionalism of the person who checked us in left a wonderful impression. Thank you Alexa!
Awesome The hotel is super cozy, and I loved that I was given a room with a view to the blvd, from where you can see planes about to land. The airport shuttle service is very punctual, and the reception staff are very friendly. I love this hotel.

Execelente para layovers. Poco variado el desayuno. Personal super amable. Desde los señores que manejan el shuttle bus hasta las recepcionistas, personal de limpieza. Especialmente como una mujer Latina que viajaba sola por primera vez me sentí bien atendida. Para una noche esperando un vuelo el hotel es perfecto. Recibes lo que pagas.

Although it was comfortable , the shower was pressure was really really bad. The shower was pathetic . No water pressure !!!!! Rooms were clean

Oct 11 weekend. They never came to put the door back on to the hinge after I reported it was off. I had the King bedroom suite. One door was attached and one was off. It was room 200. Other than that, it was good. Location. Price. Staff. Comfort. Clean.
