Good When I first arrived at the hotel there were leaves in the hall by the elevator and those stayed there for the duration of my stay. There were some very questionable stains in the elevator. I never heard them vacuuming the halls. In the rooms there was no bottles of soap just 2 bottles of shampoo and conditioner, luckily I had some of my own. The breakfast was basic, there were no real choices, eggs, biscuits, gravy, apples, yogurts, juice and coffee.. there were no real choices for people like me who does not eat eggs ... read more

O/night stopover in Houston. Free airport shuttle did not collect us. We emailed the property before and also tried to ring them, but got no reply. Early morning shuttle only took 6 people per hour - not very helpful. Food was very basic, self service snack bar and a coffee machine. Convenient for the airport. Cheap and Basic. Room was ok, quite comfortable with a good hot shower.

Very pleasant. The carpets need to be cleaned on the third floor and in my room (324). Clear instructions on where to pick up the courtesy bus would have been appreciated, together the option to book the bus online for international travellers without access to a US mobile phone connection. Alternatively enable a WhatsApp connection to coordinate the pick up. I had to ask another traveller for help in order to contact you. Roshan, the manager, was very efficient, courteous and helpful.
