Wonderful
Very Good Las camas, el colchón era muy blando La ubicación
Business response:
¡Gracias por tus comentarios, Rossana! Compartiremos tu opinión sobre el colchón con nuestro equipo.
Good stay
Business response:
Thanks for sharing, Fabela! Glad your stay was good.
Coverlet was insufficient to keep us warm. A warmer coverlet would have made Lady Luck very acceptable. The covers on the bed were inadequate and we both had trouble sleeping because of that. The room temperature was fine but the coverlets were insufficient. We ended up remaking the beds and doubling up the coverlet.
Business response:
Sorry for any inconvenience, Dorothy. We apologize for the inadequate bedding. Please reach out at https://www.caesars.com/help-and-support so we can improve your next stay.
Very Good Never saw a single employee the whole time we were there. Not a fan of the automated check in
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback, Kevin. We're sorry about the automated check-in experience and will work to improve our service.
