Dr Kessler and the whole team at Lafayette animal Hospital, made what is one of the toughest things to do in life a very special experience. There was a child in the room and they took great time and care to explain everything as we had to let go of our dog. The experience could not have been any better under the circumstances!

After another excellent trip to the vet for our two dogs I was reminded to share our experience. Lafayette Animal Hospital gets an A+ from us. Great vets (we've see 4 and they've all been great), friendly, competent and hard working, efficient staff, nice facility, easy scheduling, easy parking, and best of all we can always quickly get in for vet visits or tech visits. We took our very anxious rescue dog Finbar to Lafayette Animal Hospital for dental surgery. Dr. Bowers was very good with him, gentle and calming through the whole pre-op exam. The surgery went very well - Finbar is recovering quickly. And the staff went above and beyond the call of duty with Finbar, who escaped from me when I was trying to put him in the car. The vet techs came out and took over, tracking him down two blocks away and getting him back. THEY WERE AMAZING!

I used to work there One of the best jobs I ever had The doctors were caring and educated I don't think Dr. Radcliffe, Pierson and Kestler are there anymore though I'm sure it's been passed down the same care

I wish I could give the Lafayette Animal Hospital ten stars - I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a compassionate staff, excellent vets and techs, and a smooth scheduling and care experience. They helped me keep my dog vaccinated and healthy until the end, and when she was ready to go (as a 16-year-old dog who had outlived all expectations and had a fantastic life), they could not have been more caring. New cat, happy with her excellent experience from the caring staff and Dr. Bowers. Well, maybe she's not as happy as I am, but she's vaccinated, examined, pronounced at good weight and health and that makes ME happy. Dr. Bowers, the front desk staff, and everyone who took care of Nekko-chan were all pleasant and interested in her background. They taught me about normal cat behaviors and how I can safely manage some procedures with a skittish cat.

I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Kessler of the Lafayette Animal Hospital. We have been taking our pets there for many years. His care, patience, and compassion are unprecedented. He takes the time to explain things and never rushes us. He is thorough, and so gentle and caring with his patients. We are always treated with kindness and compassion by the staff. I had a very nice experience here. The staff is courteous and Dr. Lynn is the best! She brought to my attention that my dog had fleas and recommended a solution that I could find on line. Three cheers!
